Next Day Delivery (Disptached before 12pm) - Guaranteed Next Working Day

If placed before 12 noon, all orders will be dispatched same day. If placed after 12 noon, dispatch will rollover to the next working day.

Please Note: We do not dispatch orders on Sunday. Any orders placed after 12 noon Saturday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind then we will be happy to refund or exchange your items within 30 days of your order.

Items must be completely unused in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been used.

To arrange a return, please send us a message via our contact page and we will be glad to send across our returns information for you. You will need to pay the appropriate postage to return the items back to us.

How long will a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 working days of us receiving your returned item.

Exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 working days of us receiving your returned item.

Who pays for postage?

If you have changed your mind or no longer require the items, then you will need to cover the cost of the return postage. If you believe an item is faulty then please contact us so we can assist further and cover the cost of the return postage where required.

What is I've used the item and I just don't like it?

Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used with no exceptions.

How many Uses/ Applications Do I Get Per Pack?

We recommend cleaning the adhesive strip part of the eyelash regularly. You can do this with micellar water and a cotton pad. We also recommend cleaning any residue off your lashes after every 4/5 uses. You can do this with a cotton bud & warm water. If you follow this guidance, you will get 30+ uses out of your lashes with ease!
